Fun at the Great North Museum Hancock

Year 4 had a fantastic time at the Hancock Museum at the end of last term. Our day began with a workshop all about the skeleton. Mrs Brand was very proud of us as, She thinks we are so clever! We saw lots of different animal skeletons and were even able to touch some of them, although we had to do this very carefully as many of the skeletons were very fragile.

We then had the opportunity to explore the museum. We travelled through time looking at many prehistorc animals, travelling through the Roman era and even just managed to avoid a shark !
