Shrove Tuesday

 Reception children had great fun making pancakes on Shrove Tuesday. Groups of children worked enthusiastically with Miss Alcock and Miss Clay to produce delicious pancakes for all.

 The children learnt about the significance of Shrove Tuesday and know that it is a time when people used up their left over food before the beginning of Lent.
