The Vile Victorians

Year six have recently enjoyed a wonderful trip to the theatre!

Earlier this term, the whole class visited the Sunderland Empire Theatre to see a live production of the 'Vile Victorians'. It was based on the popular series of books and related to the our current history topic.

It was a fantastic show full of life! The actors did a marvellous job of bringing the Victorian age to life. The children all enjoyed the disgusting and horrible facts that were shared, and especially loved the 3D section of the play.

It was a great afternoon treat and we all learned a lot.
