Fantastic fun during Healthy School's Week

There has been lots of exciting things going on in school this week, all have been designed to promote keeping fit and healthy and every class has been involved. We have had a mini olympics tournament, a penalty shoot out, dance-a-thon, skipping, three walk to school mornings and much much more!

The mini Olympics took place at the start of the week (before the rain!) with each class competing in a series of track and field events that challenged their throwing, jumping, aiming, speed and agility. Year 6 organised all of the children into their events very well and a lot of healthy competition and good sportsmanship was demonstrated throughout the day with a great time being had by all!
